Seconded Employees and Iprocurement Limits

I have a employees that are seconded into a position number that should have a £50k requisition approval limit within Iprocurement but the limits will not pull through for the user.

When I go into UK HRMS to get their position number, it shows their original position as on hold, I push down to get their current position number. I then assign the limits to this position number.

However, either no limits will pull through, or it will try and put in the person no longer in that role as the approver.

Example 1: Employee A is seconded to position 10 for 12 months. Employee B was in position 10 but now that role, but she is on hold due to maternity leave.
