Hi everyone

I am looking for recommendations and best practices regarding the requirements planning system, hope someone can help me.

We recently started to work with DRP, MPS and MRP, we have 50,000 manufactured items (finished and sub assemblies) and like 20,000 purchased items, due to this, the amount of information we are reviewind is huge, so I want to ask:

  1. Regarding planning messages, what is the best strategy to review them? and which should be the order? for example; message type "B" first, then "O", etc.
  2. What suggestions you have to handle more than 200,000 planning messages and respond them in an controled and supervised maner?
