Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Item master form is throwing an error for an update

The item master form is throwing error and it is not allowing to update anything through front end oracle forms.

FRM-40654:Record Has Been Updated. Requery Block To See Change.

FRM-40735: ON-LOCK trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20001.

Anyone has any input on this.
