How do you perform enrollment requisite checking across sessions within a term?

We are on Campus Solutions 9.2 patched up to PUM 30. I know there is a way to configure using co-requisites but this is not a long term solution as we are going to begin offering students the ability to register for a year (Fall, Spring, Sum) at one time and we have multiple sessions within each term that start and stop at many different times. This is a lot of manual setup for every term and I am not sure if it will even work under the new scenario. I have put an idea in the
