How to stop workflow notifications for For Your Information: Work Order Operation i

We recently upgraded our EBS from R12.2.9 to R12.2.11 and since then the users are receiving the workflow notification when a workorder is assigned to the user. How can we turn off this workflow notifications being sent to the users?
