Need to copy files from inbox and outbox folders from FDMEE exalytic Linux server

We have a large amount of files stored in the inbox and outbox folders in FDMEE exalytic Linux server. We need to copy them to another location as we are in the process of decomissioning the server. Is there a process to copy the files?
