Re-image X10 HA using 19.21 image

We recently purchased an X-10 HA ODA, and it was initially setup with ODA 19.20.0.1 (bare metal). We've since had some issues patching it to 19.21, but just when we thought we worked out those issues and successfully updated it to 19.21, we realized a new sys admin unlocked a package version lock on one of the nodes (which was done by another sys admin), and long story short node 0 is at the expected Linux version of 8.8, but node 1 is at version 8.9. We don't see an easy way to undo that change and figure
