How to Enable SSL after EM 13.5 upgrade

I just completed an EM upgrade from 13.4 RU 19 to 13.5 RU 21. I did not add the ENABLE_SSL=true during the base 13.5 installation i.e ./em13500_linux64.bin ENABLE_SSL=true.

Can SSL be enabled post upgrade and if so, how would I go about doing that?
