ePerformance (Classic) - Print/Export Rich Text Display Issue

Hello everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with rich text not displaying correctly after exporting or printing ePerformance documents.

Some special formatting (such as font background color) doesn't display as expected (screenshot attached for reference). The display issues vary slightly between the export and print functions.

Has anyone had a similar problem, or do you have any ideas what may be causing this issue?

Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
