Does Oracle support Offline Transactions within a WMS enabled Organization?

Due to various circumstances, not all warehouse areas would be WiFi accessible - and the scanner tends to drop signal - and gets disconnected frequently. Does Oracle support Offline Transactions - wherein - even if the user is disconnected from the Wifi - the user can complete the transactions - and the transaction gets interfaced once the user is back within network?
