Spain localization Balance Sheet and P&L report

Hello Oracle Team,

We are doing JDE upgrade in Spain (from 9.0 to 9.2) and having some issues with Balance sheet and P&L report. Currently, report (R749110) is working in 9.0, so can I bring layout data from F74 files and insert it in 9.2 to start using report right away or I have to create the reports in 9.2 from scratch.

Are there any steps or process which I can follow to get that report running in 9.2

Note - I created SR for the same couple of months back but haven't got any solid response for the issue to be fixed. the discussion went into different direction and finally to development.
