Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. R12 Lockbox applies receipt to old closed trx

For the same customer number I have 2 transactions having the same number:

trx_num 450 of 01.01-2010 that is closed

trx_num 450 of 01.01.2024 that is open

When importing receipt through lockbox the system takes the first trx instead of the second one.

Can you please help?
