Data Points in Credit Case folder not scoring and leaving blanks for Periodic Credit Review

Receivables Oracle Applications 12.2.9

Created Scoring Model, Created Automation Rules, Created Credit Classification, Created Checklist, Created Profile Class, Assigned Usage Rule to Profile Class.

Assigned Profile Class to a customer and entered Next Credit Review Date as today.

Ran Periodic Credit Review, Ran Workflow for AR Credit Management Application Process

Having difficulty scoring multiple data points in credit case folder. Data shows correctly in the show all data form and where scored but the score is blank.

It does work for one data point but not when assigned more than one data point to the scoring model.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. thanks
