Is there a way to hide the attachment icon on the RTF edit box on a fluid page?

We are on Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM 30 and we have a 3rd party document storage. With the induction of RTF on the fluid pages where advisors add their notes there is an icon for adding attachments. We would like to remove that icon so that advisors do not upload their attachments into PeopleSoft. Is there a configurable way of doing this or some other recommended way?
