Table to query that shows the reason a PO isn't eligible for PO Recon

We have been looking for a way to query PO's that can't be closed by the PO Recon PO_POREP, process and why.

There's POPO008- which seems to be a generic list of PO's that have been closed, but I don't see anything that tells us why a PO wasn't eligible besides looking in the Buyer WorkBench at the log.

I've found a couple tables, but it seems data only populates on them if you go to the Buyer WorkBench and select the log icon to see the reason(s). Then data appears in these tables.
