Oracle cloning and refresh

Hello All,

migrating from non-cdb 19.21 to 19.21 pdb

all prerequisites met. My question is with refresh.

does refresh only refresh data? If a deployment is done after the clone and changes DDL even if a refresh is done its only updatin the from the archive logs?

From what I read it seems it's data only but I hope I'm wrong.
