Can I pull out user login history from OTBI?

I need to pull out a report showing how many employees have logged into Oracle Fusion ERP daily. We would need the user’s name, time/date they logged, etc.
I found this doc:
How To Obtain a List Of Current Users And Their Last Login Date (Doc ID 2043568.1)

However, this doc doesn't tell me which tool that I can use.

My question is if I can pull out user login history from OTBI? If so, which subject area should I go to?
