Bugs discovered after applying SOA patches January 2024

Did any one faced new bugs (functional issues) after applying January patches?
So far, we had one bug that was fixed with a late introduced Patch 36259615 Application Link Does Not Work After Applying SOABP231122 (Doc ID 3004400.1)

But we are facing another issue related to bpel with error:
com.collaxa.bpel.sws.SWSIdCorrelationManager - No SWSIdCorrelation found for componentId "####"

have any faced the similar? is there a place where we can find new introduced patches to fix the January patches?
