Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Is there an automated way to manage customer returns with restocking fees applied to them when providing credit?

EX. Customer return work $100 but restocking fees applies as $10.

Final credit - $90
