how can i find audit history of enterprise monitoring templates

oms version 13.4. manages and monitors just database servers. audit level is out-of-the-box. shared sysman account. Configured with monitoring templates about a year previous. i am seeing some manipulation of monitoring templates and would like to know if i can find the session(s) that edited/deleted monitoring templates. i have looked in audit data (setup→security→audit data) and can only see logins, not the details of what work was done in the sessions.
