Updating Cash Flow permissions from project template does not update shells when removing groups

We have observed an issue with updating Cash Flow permissions from a project template. The issue is that when a group and associated permissions are removed from the template and the cash flow curve set properties are updated to shells, the group and associated permissions are not removed from the updated projects even though the “update shells history” indicates that the update is successful.

However, when adding a group and permissions to the template and updating shells, the new additional group(s) and permissions are pushed to the shells successfully. It is just that the act of removing one or more groups and updating does not remove the groups to downgrade the permissions.
