Access to /em is not working after applying latest EM 13c5 RU 21

Hello,

We just deployed the latest RU 21 to our EM 13c5 test system. OMS started correctly as reported by emctl status oms. However, access to em console ⇒ /em is not working. We do not get the Login Screen.

When we use Firefox, we get a Content Encoding Error. With other browsers → Edge, Chrome, Opera we just get blank page. Playing usual tricks (private browsing, cleaning cache, cookies etc) did not help.

Access to the WLS console /console is however operational.

Anybody successfully applied RU21 ?
