OLVM - High availability without power management

Hello,

I have setup OLVM with a self-hosted engine. Currently the vendor of the KVM hosts does not support power management. Is there any other way to configure high availability for the VMs?

Is the self-hosted engine also not highly available if power management is not enabled?
