Future dated price events posted in TRAN_DATA

We are using RMS V15.0.3.1 - We can see that future dated price events have come in TRAN_DATA. While trying to trace the source we can see that all those records have come as an outcome of Clearance and Clearance Resets. Not sure how this can come?

Another observation that for these item/ location there is an entry of clear_change_type = -9 in RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL table on certain days. Not sure what it means or if this is the reason.
