Failed to open Configuration Tool

Hi experts,

I downloaded "Oracle Retail Merchandise Financial Planning Cloud Service Starter Kit 24.1.102.0 (Patchset)" and Patch Name is 36353026. And I set up system environment variables as per . But when I tried to launch Configuration Tool from Cygwin as required, it prompted error

There was a problem starting the RPAS Tools:

class com.retek.ride.common.gui.JTree142XP (in unnamed module @0x1f28c152) cannot access class com.sun.java.swing.plaf.windows.WindowsTreeUI (in module java.desktop) because module java.desktop does not export com.sun.java.swing.plaf.windows to unnamed module @0x1f28c152

my java version is 19.0.1
