Terminating ECC Data Load doesn't terminate.

Hello,

We have been seeing the issue, with Running ECC Data Load(Full_Load) Since we are installing ECC, and runs for over 2-3 days, and when we terminate it from the Responsibility it says terminated but from ECC Developer Responsibility it still shows as running. Why? and what is the fix other than terminating from ECC Developer?
