Question regarding deliver to location

Hello,
I have a user A who just started to work in Paris, so in his profil and 'deliver to location' he has the Paris address.

This user has moved from Paris to London, so we changed his address from Paris to London in his profil, but in procurement will the change of address is taken into account automatically from the profil or the user has to change the deliver to location in procurement when he makes a purchase?
