Trying to apply GI RU and getting error when running cluvfy -

cluvfy stage -pre patch

Verifying cluster upgrade state ...FAILED (PRVF-5301)
Verifying OLR Integrity ...PASSED
Verifying Hosts File ...PASSED
Verifying Free Space: dcr-borp-tst-1:/ ...PASSED
Verifying OPatch utility version consistency ...PASSED

Pre-check for Patch Application was unsuccessful on all the nodes.

Failures were encountered during execution of CVU verification request "stage -pre patch".

Verifying cluster upgrade state ...FAILED
