Customer description missing from P03B2002

Hi All,


We have a situation where customer description is not displaying on P03B2002. We have tried everything. It works fine in our testing environment but not in production. This is happening for vendors as well on One view inquiry P43265 where vendor description is not displaying. Any ideas please let us know.
