Orace RAC nodes have different RDBMS version after applied a RU patch.

Hi expert,

We got a strange problem on oracle patch utility and need your help.

There's a oracle 19.3 RAC in our production envrionment, after we applied the Patch 33182768 - GI Release Update 19.13.0.0.211019 from grid GI home with AUTO APPLY method and the log prompt are all fine, no any errors were prompted during patch installation.

After we created a multitant database and then we found the RDBMS version number is not consistent across the RAC nodes.

On both of node 1 and node 2, the GI homes are showing as 19.13 and this is fine.

But for RDBMS home, it is 19.13 on node1 but still 19.3 on node 2. See below:
