Setup No approval or Skip approval or Auto Approval for MSS GSS Transaction

Hi Team,

Is there any option to skip all approvals for an MSS GSS Transaction in PeopleSoft HR?

Basically we need Managers to submit GSS Location Change Transaction, but we are not ready with the approvals set, so if a Manager submits it, it should update Position/Job data without going through approvals. Is this possible? Any ideas will be much appreciated ?
