New Document Explains Migration to OpenSearch When Elastic Search Was Configured With 3 Nodes

Multi-node Elasticsearch migration is similar to the migration when there is just one node. The difference is that the migration to OpenSearch needs to be done for each of the three nodes, paying attention to the shutdown and restarting of the nodes, which should happen is a particular order.
