Total Rewards Statement printing issue?

Has anyone had any issues with printing the Total Rewards Statements after publishing them? When an employee goes in to their newly published statement and clicks on Printer View, they get the spinning wheel for awhile and then get kicked out of PS completely.

We are on 9.2/PUM 45 and just upgraded to PT 8.6.06 a couple of weeks ago.
