Fastest way to baseline many projects?

What is the fastest way to baseline many projects? I have a situation where I'd like to start adding a weekly baseline for all active projects. I can do each one individually, but that is a lot of clicking when you have dozens of active projects. In a perfect world when updates are done I'd run a work process that goes through and does it all automatically.
