Dependents Added by Employees Automatically Qualifying
We are currently using Multiple Document Upload and Approvals for Dependents in our Activity Guides and in Update Depn/Beneficiary. Occasionally the Benefits Team reports that someone has entered a new Dependent and the Dependent had Qualified without upload or approval. Bad news is, we cannot replicate it. I am reaching out to see if anyone else has this behavior and what have you done to rectify it.
Sometimes these are new hires with zero history in the system and sometimes these are existing employees making a Name Change or Marital Status on the dependent. We have our document mapping the way we'd like it and Document Approval is enabled in our LIFEEVENT category on the enrollment step. We have no other issues but this occasional qualification.
