Oracle WMS Pick By label is not displaying the items to be picked in order of locators

There is no error. It is generated pick id in a random order of stock locator because of that picker has to navigate back and forth between locators.
Expectation - pick task should be generated in sub inv/ locator in ascending or descending order.
