Why are the ACCOUNT and DEPTID not populating for Interunit transfers?

Why are the ACCOUNT and DEPTID not populating for Interunit transfers in the STAGED_ITEM_INV record? This is happening when an item from an IUT ends up in the Correct Staged Errors page due to no default putaway location being set up for the item.. Message: An owned putaway locaton has not been entered for the item. After a Storage Location has been added and the item moves to the Stockroom Feedback page, we're getting an Invalid ChartField Combination(s) for Fields Account/Deptid when trying to complete the putaway for the item. When we query the STAGED_ITEM_INV record, those two fields are
