REST API to dynamically update Payable Payment Process Request data

Hi, are there any way to update the payment process request through REST API. For example - update a specific disbursement bank account while the payment process request is stopped for review and then resume it through API. I know there is an API to resume/Terminate the request, However, looking for API to update the information before resuming. Thanks and appreciate the support.
