Icons in Grid Format Manager are greyed out

Hi,

A custom application in the test environment (PY) with no version had the grid format setup, and the icon details were enabled in the grid format manager. However, when the application was deployed to PD, the icons in the Grid Format Manager were greyed out.

What are the possible reasons for this issue, and how can it be resolved? Thanks!
