Hello,
I use Oracle 12cr2 (12.1.0.2.0) with RHEL 7.7, single on.
I've been using Veeam as a backup tool recently; it was installed correctly and the backup runs without errors.
The problem is in the restore....
We use a script that runs a "duplicate target database to..."
The restore process starts, but when restoring the controlfile, it displays the following message:

channel ch2: starting datafile backup set restore
channel ch2: restoring control file
channel ch2: reading from backup piece xxxx_full_xxxx_18682
channel ch2: ORA-19870: error while restoring backup piece xxxx_full_xxxx'_18682
ORA-19507: failed to retrieve sequential file, handle="xxxx_full_xxxx_18682", parms=""
