Manager Timesheet Granular Security

Scenario: We have School Resource Officers (SROs) who report to the School Police department. The SROs have a timekeeper at their respective precinct who enters extra time on their behalf using the Manager Timesheet. The precinct timekeeper is responsible entering this time using dynamic TL Group SRO001. SROs are associated with the dynamic TL Group based on their department value.

However, these same officers can work extra time at a school for things like sporting event security. This extra time is added for the officer by the school using a static TL Group SCHL001. The timekeeper at the school would enter this extra time.
