Program ID is blank in F43199

Hi All

There is a scenario in JDE 9.2.5 where program ID (PID) audit field has a blank value against an entry created in F43199. As per the status codes in these entries , the order was approved and then re-triggered for approval. However , the only change in purchase order is in the 'load number (LDNM)' field

Kindly share your thoughts if anyone has encountered such a scenario before
