How to "Release" the Hard Commit from Work Order

Dears,

Here is the scenario:

We are with FIFO logic and also the staging locations for shop floor activities. When run WO Processing with print (R31410) it hard commits the materials for WO which provides warehouse staff the Qty/Lot/Location information that can be moved (IT) from WHS locations to SF staging locations.

After this would like to run R31410 2nd time to have P/L of Work Order committed from all SF staging locations and then issued from these locations.

Here is my question: how to release the hard commit from 1st R31410 to soft, then my 2nd R31410 run can be committed correctly to those staging locations? Either delete P/L or run R3190 repost will not be the solution in my case, and so would you have any suggestions? Thanks!
