Anyone having issues with Remote Worker Row Level Security access issue?

We recently applied several BUG ID's to correct issues encountered with the permission for the HR Administrator role. After applying we are encountering following issue.

We are using Position Management and reports to Position for MSS (Direct Reports UI).

  • Through MSS, a Manager is not able to initiate a Remote Worker Request on behalf of employee who directly or indirectly reports to him. Manager is able to see the employees reporting to him but when a employee is selected a error message is issued stating " You are not authorized to access this person data".
  • Manager initiates a request on behalf of employee and transaction is routed to employee for review and approval. Employee selects the transaction from Pending Approval list and when employee selects the link " View Remote Worker Request" to view request details, employee receives error " You are not authorized to access this person data".
