ST / OT - Can system validity ST shipment before allow OT receiving?

Hi All,

Is there a standard option available to validate the shipment from ST (stock transfer) before allowing OT receiving? We recently encountered a situation where OT receiving was initiated before the completion of the ST shipment, leading to accidental OT GRN (goods receipt note) entry by the user.

Does JDE include such validation? If not, are there any alternative solutions within JDE that can be implemented?
