Oracle DB users access reconciling tool

Hello,

I need recommendation on DB users automatic access reconciliation tool for a customer to comply the SOX audit in Oracle databases.

The problem statement is as soon as the user leaves the organization his/her access to SOX databases in Oracle should also be terminated. Currently users are given individual logins to DB and this has led to non compliance as their AD id’s get terminated but local oracle database users remain active.

Wanted to understand if any automated/tool based solution has been implemented in any account. Customer is utilizing CyberArk for PAM.
