Can we classify further from Item/Branch/location/Lot to pallet?

We currently assign the WO number as the lot number for items manufactured on a specific WO. We may have multiple pallets that are manufactured within a WO.

So, say we produce 10 pallets on a WO all 10 pallets will have the same lot number. We would like to assign a unique pallet number to these pallets. We also need to be able to perform track & trace at the pallet level. Any ideas on how this can be achieved. Is there std JDE functionality available for this?

We are not using the LP logic within JDE at this time.
