We’re releasing - Solaris 11.3.36.33 Extended Support Update

in Oracle Solaris Installation, Booting and Patching (MOSC)

Solaris 11.3.36.33 had released to My Oracle Support. 

Fixes included are as follows:

  • Update timezone data to 2024a
  • Update
    sudo to 1.9.15p2, addresses security issues (CVE-2019-19232,
    CVE-2019-19234, CVE-2019-18634, CVE-2024-21059, CVE-2023-22809,
    CVE-2023-27320, CVE-2023-28486, CVE-2023-28487
  • Update openssl to 1.0.2z, addresses security issue CVE-2024-0727
