Is it safe to change SSL Version 2 and 3 Protocol Detection for OLVM?

Our Nessus scans indicate that our 4.3.10 OLVM servers are accepting connections encrypted using SSL 2.0 and/or SSL 3.0. Is is safe to make changes to that or will it impact the functionality of OLVM?
