Asset Line Interfaced with Zero Cost

Hello,

I have created AP invoice with Expense account and track as an asset is enable, and after running create mass addition, Fixed Asset line is interfaced with FA module with zero cost. Any idea why this is happening. This is happening for all invoices and the Application EBS 12.2
